No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for delivered products.

Once a product has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Wrong selection by customer

Size or color preference

Personal dislike after delivery

Ordering by mistake


Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through:

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancelled Before Dispatch

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund.

2. RTO (Return to Origin) Due to Courier Issues

If the order is returned back to us due to courier-related issues, failed delivery attempts caused by courier service problems, or logistics issues not caused by the customer, a refund may be processed after verification.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

Customers may request a refund or replacement only if:

The product received is damaged during transit, OR

The customer receives the wrong item.


Mandatory Proof Requirement

To claim any refund for damaged/wrong products, customers must provide:

A clear parcel opening video recorded from the beginning before opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed parcel

Shipping label

Unboxing process

Product condition

 

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Claim Time Limit

All damaged/wrong item claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery date will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

No opening video available

Minor thread issues or minor finishing variations

Product misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay or the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

SEVEN STAR reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.
